Alice hadn't quite been intending to join the party, but she was ever so curious about it. But from her time, if there was a celebration, one dressed (as best one could under the circumstances) for it.
She'd been surprised when her dresser had revealed more than usual with that thought in mind. So she entered the ballroom as quietly as possible in a pale blue, soft dress that flowed down to her ankles. The bottom of the skirt bore flower embroidery. It wasn't a ballroom dress or anything too fancy, but it was admittedly much nicer than what she usually wore.
She stood not far off from the door, watching everyone with curious eyes until they settled on Frank and...a newcomer? She made her way to them. "Hello, Mr. Sunderland," she nodded to him before smiling gently at the unfamiliar person. "Hello, my name is Alice Elliot. May I ask what your name is?"
