Eileen was tremdously relieved that he actually said he would like it, as opposed to some other reply that would leave her wondering if she needed to find a graceful way to let him back out after all. But she found herself unable to look up from her shoes suddenly.
"Oh, it's all right. It doesn't matter how good you are at it. I'm not so great at it either, just... it's fun."
Eileen looked up from the floor and into his face. "And I... really would like to dance with you."
She really did want to, even if her stomach suddenly felt like she'd taken a long drop in an elevator. Which was silly, at her age, but... this was Henry.
