This was the place... wasn't it? Aquarius? It certainly looked like it. He'd left an hour and a half earlier in order to keep from being tardy, and unless he was on the wrong side of the area, then he'd shown up first.
Glancing at his phone's clock, he realized that he only had a short wait, more or less, before they would arrive.
Idly, he wondered if he should have brought someone from "his side" as well. He felt a little... uncomfortable, but he'd manage. Besides, if it really had bothered him, he would have invited someone instead of having second thoughts like that. Part of him also felt that he had something to prove still. He'd endured the cruelty of a vampire, and now he was worrying about meeting two people that were likely to not harm him?
He needed to stop that paranoia right then and there.
It didn't really help that he'd decided to go without his fluffy jacket - if only for its value as a "shield." But really, he'd swiftly found that his jacket tended to be rather too warm when it wasn't snowing out. Since they were likely going to be moving until they found a piano or left empty-handed, that was all the more reason not to even bring it.
Still, his discomfort didn't put a damper on his excitement. He really, really wanted to find a place to play. A place to vent, or merely sit. A place that was "his." The itching in his fingers only got stronger as the days passed, and his excitement didn't so much as help soothe the itch even right then.
As it was, he calmly sat by the edge of the pool, and settled to wait.
