"Well, good," she said, grinning, "'Cause once it dries, it'll be a crazy explosion. But, as long as you like it, I don't mind."
She paused in thought as he told what street he was on. She looked up at the street signs near the bar and nodded, "Okay, this way. It's only a couple blocks, actually."
Buffy brushed her wet locks out of her face and took his hand, "Not far at all." She lead the way down a series of streets and after only a few minutes, they came to the right one. She walked down a ways, spotting an older car that seemed to fit the description of the one he told her about earlier.
Plus, it was the only one like it on the street, "I'm guessing that place is yours," she said, letting him take the lead since they were now in his territory.
