She couldn't remember the last time anyone kissed her like that; to the point where any thoughts or concerns that had been previously floating around in her head vanished. The softest of moans emitted from her mouth as she was backed against the wall. It had really been way too long.
Buffy licked her lips and mumbled a quick, "Dammit," under breath as he broke away at the sound of the horn. She nodded to his words and headed over to the cab, sliding in. She was feeling a little flushed now, despite the cool temperature outside and finally looked at the bundle of flowers he had given her. She smiled to herself, relaxing against him as his arm found its way around her shoulder.
She smirked slightly at his words, whispering back, "You have no idea how badly I want to now. That was....well, there better be an extended sequel later." She brought the flowers up to her nose and smelled, "These are really pretty, by the way. Thanks," she said, "I don't think anyone's ever given me flowers before."
That probably sounded silly, but it was true. She wondered if this is what it was like to feel like a normal girl on a normal date with a normal guy. By job title they weren't any of those things, but at least they could feel like it for a little while. "The corner of Market and Oak Street," she told the driver as the car began moving.
