She nodded solemnly, her lips upturning back into their smile rather easily. It was strange how at ease she felt talking to him. Maybe it was just talking to someone new, who had no idea how insane her life had been for the last few years and wasn't judging her or making any demands. And the fact that he was hot and had a playful attitude was definitely a plus.
"Well, good, I'm glad you could tell me. Especially since we just met and all," Buffy said. "You just wait 'til I unload the epically horrible tales of Buffy upon you," she shook her head before finishing up her cheeseburger, "But, I think you should wait until I've had a few because they're a doozy."
She finished a few of her fries, nodding along to his words, "Totally," she said, "You've made at least one ally. I got your back," she smiled, washing down her food with her soda.
Running a hand through her hair, she shrugged, "Tonight sounds great," she said, trying not to sound too enthusiastic, but she was enjoying her short time spent with him quite a lot more than she initially thought she would, "Drinks and danger; my favorite combination," she giggled lightly, "It's a....date." She said the last word with some caution, hoping she hadn't been reading him completely the wrong way.
