"In central and Eastern Europe, they tell the tale of a witch named Baba Yaga. According to most versions of the story, she lives in a log cabin which evades visitors by running around the forest on chicken legs. In some, the cabin has no windows or doors and Baba Yaga flies inside through the chimney. In others, the door stays facing away from visitors at all times, and one must recite an incantation in order to reveal it." Elena sighed, her frown deepening. "Many mythological folktales have their roots in supernatural reality. I wonder... If Baba Yaga does exist in some form, this could be a prophetic dream."
