"Man on the prowl, you better watch out, I'm on the loose and I'm looking for trouble! So look out, look out, I'm a man on the prowl!"
Shiva was laughing as he took a detour around the fountain in the park, and then stopped short when he was confronted by a police officer on a bicycle. "Good day to you, sir!" Shiva sang out, and made to move, when the officer pulled his front wheel up to block Shiva again. "Can I help you?"
"Sir, I'm afraid you're going to have to come with me," the officer explained. "We've been getting a whole lot of complaints about a drunk in the park chasing a beautiful young woman, and he fits your description to a tee, down to the bright clothes and bare feet."
"But I'm only intoxicated by her beauty!" Shiva protested, which was perfectly true. He wasn't drunk in the least.
"Sir, the lady is obviously not interested in you if she's running. You're going to have to come with us. I don't want to make this any more difficult than it has to be, so if you'll come along quietly, it'll go a lot easier."
