"Sorry, I'm late." Penny called out happily to her friend as she took the seat across the table. It was a good spot, secluded but not so much that they felt out of the excitement of the place. It was perfect for having a conversation too. She had to admit it was nice to have someone to talk to who was not a male and around her same age. It was one of the things she missed most about Hogwarts.
"Some guy tried to transfigure his children into footstools." Penny said with a shake of her head explaining while she was a few minutes late. Her long curls cascaded freely down her back, spilling over her shoulder, and her manner of dress was casual. A simple pair of ballet flats (at six feet tall she did not need heels) along with her blue jeans and a simple white tank. After a long day of work at the hospital it was all she could muster but she dressed it up with some tasteful accessories. "So how's the weather?" She joked as she ordered her drink. "I feel like I haven't seen you in a while, how have you been?"
