"Exactly. I swear I can't do anything because of that woman. I wish she would have had more children. I'm sure she'd still hover but it wouldn't be nearly as bad." Diane shrugged. "Being an only child isn't all it's cracked up to be." Diane nodded with a smile at her friend's compliment and then brought a hand up to run her fingers through her hair, making sure it hadn't tousled after her side-along apparation.
At the mention of them going in for a drink Diane made her way to the door and pushed it open, holding it open for Sadie. "Another new friend?" She shook her head. "Yes, tell me all about it. We can have a right parental bashing. I think it'll make us both feel much better." A sly smirk spread across her pink lips.
