McGonagall was a bit late, but there as usual. She would have listened to what everyone had to say and then she would have added her own to cents in about the various situations:
As for leadership, she admits they need someone to run the show because some of them (namely her) is at Hogwarts and can't give it the proper attention. That being said she would suggest they put the matter to a vote now and get it settled so they can start getting things going. She does point out though that they need to be worried about the safety of the children, because now the Ministry clearly has a way into the school.
As for Horcruxes, Minerva is kind of horrified at the idea b/c it's such dark magic but knows there is a need to find them. She offers her support to help for the search at Hogwarts and any information she may have about the stuff in the school related to where they could find them. Though she is limited what she can do public to aid the search, she'll surely help.
