Who: Fleur Delacour, Viktor Krum, Hestia Jones and a goblin (NPC) When: Late hours of January 23rd Where: Gringotts What: Meeting between the Order and a goblin to discuss their offering of a "powerful" item to the Order Status/Rating: Closed/PG?
Fleur glanced around the empty bank as she ushered her fellow Order members into the empty bank. If you weren't used to it, Gringotts was unnerving when it was void of people and the usual commotion of business. Having worked long hours as a curse-breaker, it was like a second home to Fleur and she hardly noticed the lack of people. Still, the shadows moved uneasily in the darkness of the night adding an air of mystery and unease to the situation. It wasn't like goblins were known for their fairness and honesty. They could very well be walking into some kind of set up and they knew it. It was why she was happy to have others along with her.
"Just remember, let the goblin talk. We will 'ave to let him say his piece." Goblins liked to be treated with respect and they always got the first and last words. It was how it was and it was something she had learned to accept through her work with them. "We 're 'ere because of they invited us. To them we 'ave no right other than that." It meant that they could be thrown out or subjected to anything at any time. "Be ready."
Once they had been briefed, Fleur motioned them to follow her as she lead them further into the bank and into the curse-breaker's office. It was where they were supposed to meet the goblin but she doubted it was where they would stay. Goblins hated doing business in an area that was so heavily populated with human stuff. "They will make us wait so get comfortable." It was their way of reminding the humans who exactly was in charge. Fleur flopped down in her desk chair and resigned herself to small talk and waiting.
