Who: Hestia Jones and Aiden Kiely. What: Hestia drops in on her little brothers family. Where: Alex Jones and Aiden Kiely's home. When: Saturday Evening.
There was only one thing that sucked about being good at your job; it meant that on occasion, you got called into work when a complex problem arose. Today was one of those days for Hestia. A little half-blood witch, no more than six or seven, had been Christmas shopping with a muggle relative in the middle of a crowded mall. The poor girl got seperated from her family, and utterly terrified and panicked, managed to conjure some sort of flares that not only caught the attention of her family and around fifty muggle onlookers, but also caught the dangling winter decorations on fire. It had been a mess that had more than a dozen obliviators on scene dealing with modifying memories of witnesses whilest a ministry approved clean up team took care of setting the mall right.
It'd taken almost all day, and as such, on her way out, she'd treated herself to some chocolates which she quickly dropped into her magically extended bag for later nightly cravings.
Stepping out into a back alley to aparating over to a tiny little dinner with a pop. It was a lovely little muggle joint, a faux 50's dinner that she noted wasn't teribly far from the place her brother lived. After a quick, but delicious dinner, she left some money on the table (she always kept muggle cash on her, given that her job kept her walking the line between the two worlds) before once again shrouding herself in the shadows of an alleyway to pop off towards her brothers home.
With a pop, she was standing at the door, hesitating only long enough to fish out the previously mentioned candies for Sean and straightening out her skirt, before knocking on the door. She really ought to have owl'd ahead, she wasn't even sure if anyone would be home. Oh well, she thought a tiny smirk on her lips, it hardly mattered now, she'd already knocked.
