Jack trusted everyone that he shared a dorm with never to judge him or Colin for the things that they did or for being as close as they were. Jack loved him and he'd made no secret about that. He felt a lot better here with Colin beside him then he did about anything else (particularly the idea that Colin be this close to anyone else.)
It really, really wasn't about the sexual side of things and, in truth, none of that had ever really interested him in the first place. Now even less so after that stupid incident with Michael Corner over the summer. He felt like he could go quite a while before he even wanted to get into that kind of situation with someone else. Sex just didn't have anything for him.
Sloper leaned over and planted a kiss against Colin's temple. That was, certainly, something they hadn't really done before because as close as they'd always been and as touchy as that meant they were with each other--a kiss was something else, no matter where it was planted.
"I'm good enough now that you're here. Not hungry, just being a bit pissy which no one has to put up with."
