Re: Pye/Minerva
"You know, you are free to decline Augustus." Minerva told him lightly in reminder. It was not like she would be offended if he declined, she understood. Not everyone was like her and had no family left to lose though she did consider many of her friends as family. "Though, if it makes you feel better you wouldn't necessarily be on the front lines while here at Hogwarts unless there was a direct assault on the school." Something she did not think was likely while Albus was still there.
"Honestly, we could use your skills in the healing department while Poppy is still in the hands of Antonin Dolohov..." There was no need to be less than blunt about that either now that things were in the open. "Usually that is her job to oversee, but evidently she's not here to do that." Minerva took a moment to compose herself as her friends disappearance was still upsetting to her, almost as much as her still being in the hands of that monster. "We have recently recruited Penelope Clearwater who is a certified healer, but she's still young. She's an extremely talented and bright young lady but I am not sure if she could keep up if something major happened. She could use the help and the guidance." That and it would pose less risk, because McGonagall didn't want Augustus' son to know the pain of losing his father if it could be avoided. "Here at the school we need to make a united front between the Professors and that includes being in the loop on other things." She folded her hands in front of her. "I wish I could give you time to consider this more but I'm sure you understand the circumstances..."
