Rabastan's face hardened as Theo, Senior spoke, but he did not pursue the man. Rab's wand was in his hand and it took everything in him not to caste an Unforgivable, and force the man to stop, turn and fall on his knees.
I'll save that for the next time I see you, you bastard, Rabastan thought to himself, his expression grim. He stood where he was, not willing to turn his back on the snake of a man anymore than Theo was willing to do so, and when he was gone, Rabastan made a grunting sound or disgust. He slipped his gloves on and approached Theo and even as he did, his face smoothed and calmed.
"So, Theo, let's take leave of this place. You have your things?" and when he thought he noticed a nod, Rabastan went on, "Your books can be owled to you at school, if you haven't gotten them yet," he said, approaching the younger man. He moved to the door and opened it, and held it open for Theo.
"Come now," he said gently, waiting patiently for Theo to follow.
