"Wasn't only half bad?! Well, I'll have to do better I see," he said as he took her hand and let Tonks help him to his feet. Some people moved around them, snickering slightly in the small hall but they didn't damper his mood.
Charlie grinned still, and took a steadying step towards her, making him trap her between himself and the wall. He looked down, and put a hand up on the wall, not far from her head to help keep him balanced. With his face still open and happy, he asked, "One more here, just for a taste of what's to come, okay?"
He didn't wait for an answer but with the booze running through him, making him bold and brazen, Charlie leaned down and paused only centimeters from her face, his eyes looking into hers as he exhaled her name like an endearment.
