"I'm okay," she said, though it was muffled into Percy's shirt when he hugged her. "It just gets me sometimes. Still." Ginny laughed then, pulling away from the embrace to swipe under her eyes once again. "Hell, probably always. Who am I kidding?" she added with a watery laugh.
"It's actually not you that I'm worried about, it's Ron," Ginny sighed. "What I have to tell him is going to be difficult. Especially since I wasn't even there when it happened. I just know what you all told me afterward. I mean, I can tell him what happened to Tonks -- I was there for that, but...." she shrugged. "I just don't want him to get upset and think there was anything any of you could have done differently."
And with those words out of her mouth she fixed Percy with a meaningful look that clearly said he wasn't to start blaming himself.
