Again, America's breath caught as Wanda began her magic, and the red spirals twisted towards her, wrapping around her leg. It did, admittedly ease the pain that she felt like she might pass out from. She hobbled, attached to Wanda I until they got inside the apartment, when the boys lept in to help. One of the boys sped through in almost a blink of an eye with a first aid box, and grabbed a phone off the table. "I got it." He called to his mother.
The other one helped America move to the couch, and she put her leg up. She wasn't sure how she felt about the runes around, but it seemed to keep the demon at bay. One problem at a time, she told herself.
"What is all that for?" America asked, one hand gesturing towards the runes and the other rubbing some stray tears from her face.
