Pulling friends and people she called family into the mess? Wanda knew it would have turned out poorly. Worse than it had been without Agatha's hand.
Pulling her hands away, Wanda collected her cup and held it close. She appreciated Pepper's understanding, her genuine sympathy, but her hesitation was apparent all the same.
"I don't know who knows and who doesn't. With the collection of various timelines and universes, it's hard to tell." She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. "But I'd like to keep it quiet, for now." Surely the security and government team that ran the building knew and that had already put Wanda on edge. She didn't want, or need, further questions from the others.
