Setting the cup of tea to the side, Wanda reached her hand over to touch her fingers to Pepper's temple. "I won't hurt you. I promise." Wanda didn't have to make such a statement to Pepper, she knew, but it had become normal. Making promises not to do such things ever again.
Even if she had made a promise to herself to find her sons. To find a way to be with them if she could never see Vision again.
