Who: Klaus and Open What: Having a hard time Where: The hallways of the station When: Late Monday Night Warning: Mentions of drugs and drinking (in the past)
Klaus was struggling in a way that he couldn’t quite put his finger on. It started with him just having a lot of nervous energy, he straightened up the living room. He did the dishes. He kept moving around the apartment over and over again. He went to his room and laid their, his cat curled up next to him lazily, but Klaus couldn’t sleep. He got up again, and he made sure that Ben and Allison were both sleeping before he pulled on his jacket and left the apartment.
Things had been strange since the spontaneous aging. Clint had gotten little for a while. Ben had been dead again–forcing Klaus and Allison to relive that experience. Klaus was stuck on the idea that there was a universe where Ben was alive, even if he’d only gotten to experience it for a few seconds before he’d wound up where he was.
Not to mention people had been talking about some leprechaun that was apparently granting wishes. Klaus was almost worried that he would run into it, he wasn’t sure what he would even wish for if he ran into it. Especially the mood he was in… he probably wouldn’t wish for anything good.
Klaus began to wander up and down the hallway of the building, fiddling with a pack of cigarettes that he’d been holding in his hands. He hadn’t convinced himself to go up to the roof for a smoke, only because he wasn’t sure that he could actually be trusted to his own devices.
