"Maybe you're kind of moving past it since you're doing pretty good with Lou today." He reached down and gave Carlos a pat on the knee. "True. He does have his spots that he likes." He added the dessert and anything else Carlos might have wanted and then he set his phone down when he was done. He got cozy next to his husband and watched the show until the knock came. "Got it!" He quickly got up and answered the door. A minute later and he had everything in his hand and he was setting it all on the coffee table. "What do you want to drink?" he asked as he went into the kitchen and grabbed some paper plate, napkins, and their drinks (once Carlos said what he wanted). He walked back over to the couch and sat back down again. |
