PARKER COOKIE EXCHANGE

Residents gather on the roof at 6:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve. They exchange stories about the cookies, including recipes and bakeries. May provided non-alcoholic drinks, like hot chocolate, tea, and coffee.

Ned: got their early to help May set everything up, and stayed late to help May clean up. Probably went home with the Parkers after for a Christmas sleep over. He brought Christmas Crinkle Cookies, thanks to Ned's Lola.

James: Definitely helped Tony2 with his chocolate cookies, but also used any of the batter they had extra and through some M&Ms in it. He probably most hung around with the other teenagers, but would have made an effort to say hi to important adults (Steve, Pepper, Original Tony, Natasha, Bruce) to wish them Happy Holidays.

Yelena: bought her cookies... sorry. She definitely tried to make cookies, and I'm sure the rest of her apartment can attest to how poorly that went (She burnt them... bad). So, lucky for you guys there is a bakery open so you didn't have to suffer through burnt sugar cookies. She bought ones shapped like ornaments because they are pretty.

At some point during the exchange, Steve slips a folded up piece of paper into James' hand along with a sticky-note attached. It's a drawing of James on the day of the recent battle, his shield held up in a heroic and inspiring pose in the middle of protecting some obscure figures just out of frame. Although mostly a black and white piece, there are highlights of gold, and a light effect shines off the shield itself. The note simply reads, "Merry Christmas, Cap"

He doesn't stay for the reaction.

Bucky: Cheated with these. He picked them up at Safeway. They're good, don't judge!

Carol: Actually tried to bake. It did not go well. They still taste good!

Ron: Did not bring cookies. He thought they were there to eat cookies. I am sorry. He will try to magic some mincemeat cookies up, though, once he realizes his error!

Dee came. She had Aunt May help her make squirrel shaped sugar cookies a few days before and weirdly enough, almost all of them made it to the party!

Tony wouldn't miss a party with his other family. He and Morgan came in matching Christmas PJs (Pepper too, if Julia is into it). He made some Holiday cookies that Morgan helped decorate. They... Taste ok.

Peni showed up... But she didnt bake any cookies.

PETER OBVIOUSLY came. He was the perfect host, making sure everyone had a baggie to take home their extra cookies and that their drinks stayed full. He made peanut butter cookies with chocolate drops in the middle. Cause someone likes peanuts. Idk who.

BRUCE would absolutely come and bring his peppermint bark cookies, which I'm told are just dark chocolate and peppermint candies and I need some.

ALLISON Needs to be more social so came and brought plain chocolate chip, but they're really good? They'd be like an old fashioned family recipe she picked up from her 60s moms.

....Stephen says haha no thank you, enjoy yourselves.

Cher managed to find some decent key lime and lemon spritzer cookies at a local bakery. The last time she tried baking anything, well, it didn't turn out well. What she did do, though, was take the cookies out of the boxes and plate them on festive dishes with some colorful accenting. Where she fails at cooking and baking, we know that Cher could make it look amazing in the plating and decorating stage.

Emily is stoked about this cookie exchange! It reminds her of something her Dad would have put together. Her Mom would have helped, of course, but given the level of competition that woman has, it would have gotten dangerous if she had been in charge. Not wanting to bother Stephen and Christine with making actual cookies, she used some of her funds to pick up a stray of assorted cookies. A lot of gingerbread men, snickerdoodles, thumbprint cookies with peanut butter cups and jam. She left a little plate back in the apartment for Stephen, too, after finding out he wasn't going.

Christine made very simple chocolate chip cookies. She also attempted to make pressed sugar cookies. They aren't terrible, but they're not as thin as she would have liked. They're also not pretty in shape, but that's okay! Christine made sure to drop Stephen's name in regards to making an offering with some of the cookies, too.

Once the smoke had cleared out of their apartment, Steve made Alfajores because he saw them in the local market and managed to charm the recipe out of a couple of older women when he overheard one of them complaining about the rampant commercialism of their culture. Most of the visible bruising is gone, but he's still moving pretty slowly through the party.

Clint was exceptionally fortunate that he made it to this little shindig with cookies at all, since he'd eaten about a gross of his peppermint patty stuffed chocolate cookies before they were even cooled down. He only regrets his life choices a tiny amount.

Ben helped Allison with her cookies, Y/N? (And, if Y, he didn't sneak the raw dough, because he's a good kid.)
