Carlos nodded, "Of course, I gotcha babe," he said as he began preparing their brinner. He got everything on the pan and chuckled, "Well at least you haven't been starving yourself. That's good. You never know, you could have turned into some anti TK personality if this place is as weird as you say it is," he commented.
"How are the other paramedics? As good as back home, or do you still miss back home? I wonder how their police station is...," he trailed off, lost in thought for a moment. His whole world, except for his husband, had been turned upside down and he had no idea what was in store for them next. Would he be able to see TK at work like back home? His mind went from calm and happy he was with TK here, to racing about "what next".
"Have you made any new friends here?" He asked with a curious expression. He plated them both up for breakfast and handed TK his plate. "I am starved. Let's eat!" He sat down at the table and took a bite, "Well, it's good to see the food hasn't zombie-fied itself and still tastes good," He laughed. "I know I'm being dramatic, but this whole thing is just a lot so if I don't laugh I'm going to start asking you 90 million more questions. Sorry babe."
