It's officially Christmas season. I heard "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer" on the radio. Here's another thing that I thought was interesting. I was listening to Sirius XM on my phone and they have 23 different holiday stations in the app right now. 23! I didn't realize that there was that much holiday music out there.

I've never been in a hot air balloon. I'm definitely going to try that out this weekend.

This has been an interesting month, to say the least.

Recently touched a red flower and I shot fire from my hands. To reiterate, I shot.. FIRE.. from my hands. Definitely not a vamp ability. I'm guessing this is part of that game.

I think this is my favorite time of year to work in an occult shop. There is no pumpkin spice anything.

If someone used magic to say take himself and his best friend to get pizza from this shop in their old neighborhood in New York (and also bring back Cannolis) .... and then after lunch... maybe they were having trouble opening the portal to get back...


And now they are definitely in Queens and not San Francisco.

I realize this shouldn’t be my most pressing question right now, but Why is it raining doughnuts?

I've never lived in a house with a baby. It's actually kind of cool. She's cute, she smells good (most of the time) and she's stopped crying when she looks at me. We're making progress.

I can't believe that May is almost over. I wasn't expecting to get a long weekend since I didn't think an occult shop would observe Memorial Day but apparently this one does so I off on Monday. I'm certainly not going to complain.

Now that I’ve been here for a couple of weeks, I have some questions.

- just how many other magic users do we have in The Station?
- those of you with kids, what are you doing for childcare here?

It's almost like being in Fillory again except these bunnies don't bring messages, they're just rude. I wonder if they're related to the turkies from Thanksgiving?

Are we entirely certain that Albus isn't here? These irritating rabbits seem entirely like something he would think was 'good for the soul' or some other such rot.

We seem to have gained some unexpected company for the holiday. They haven't heard of I thought they might be from Narnia, at first, but it seems not. They are happy to make themselves at home, however.

Sad to say, this isn’t even the top five out of the weirdest things that have happened to me.

Q said I should introduce myself and shit, so, hi, I’m Julia. My daughter, Hope, made the trip with me, so I guess I’m going to need a go to for baby clothes and supplies. We picked up some things yesterday, but I have a feeling I’m going to need more really soon.

I worried that adding a second kitten to the household might not have gone well, but I'm pleased to say that Lyra and Luna seem to be quite at home with each other.

I hope I'm not speaking too soon but I haven't seen or heard anyone randomly singing today. Could that mean that whatever it was has decided they're tried of listening to us? I really hope it's not the government doing it because if it is, they must be really bored.

I'm very, very sorry to everyone in the building who heard this last night. I had no idea I was so happy to walk through the door.

But in other news, it's the weekend. So that's good.
