June's full moon is going to be a Supermoon. It should be a pretty spectacular sight, for anyone who's into those things.

It's official.

I've signed everything and talked to the office and Ms. Smith and I'll be going to Stanford in August. It's close enough so I can commute to the Station and they have a really good program in biomechanical engineering. I can also do an interdisciplinary study in 'Science, Technology, and Science' so that's exciting.

It isn't MIT, but it's still an incredible school so I can't exactly be disappointed and at least here I get to go to college so there's that.

It's been a few days, there was the whole swing dancing thing - which apparently I was damn good at - but I should probably formally introduce myself. Probably.

I'm very, very sorry to everyone in the building who heard this last night. I had no idea I was so happy to walk through the door.

But in other news, it's the weekend. So that's good.

I shouldn't have said yes when they asked me if I wanted to be interviewed for the school's TV news program. Yep. I should have remembered that you can't trust words to come out of your mouth right now.

I think I have finally exceeded the amount of duct tape Roscoe can handle. Which really sucks because I can't afford a repair shop. And because my jeep makes me feel a little less homesick. But not if I can't drive it. If it just sits in the lot, what's the point? I've always been able to count on my jeep. Less than a month here, and it's just...dead.
