I saw the dragons. I sat outside the field where they seem to be hanging out/living. It was kind of relaxing watching them fly and just chill. So many colors and sizes. I wonder how long they'll be here.
Someone should put some kind of warning on games that don’t have any real obvious objective so you know going in that 13 hours later you won’t have actually achieved anything.
First thought: Magic is back and unfiltered! It worked! We did it!
Second thought: This doesn't look like the Library of the Neitherlands.
Third thought: Well, this lady kind of looks like a Librarian, though?
Fourth and all subsequent thoughts after that Angie lady started talking: Oh, I've been here before, and I have friends here already (Hi, Julia! Hi, Eliot!), but I don't remember a single thing about it. Well, this is awkward and confusing.
I feel like I should be used to this but having everyone gasp and ask "oh my gosh, how?!" when I go somewhere is going to get old fast.
Top that off with I now live alone and I've got a little shark at home who is likely eating the entire apartment, and I'm ready to get back any time now.
I've got an entire quidditch pitch and nothing to do with it, and that's making me sad.
So, if you've ever wanted to learn to fly, I'm willing to teach you how. (That includes you, Ron.) It's with brooms, not just someone flying on their own. I don't know how to do that, mostly because at home it's.....heavily frowned upon (Mr. Auror, back me up.). Hope and Julia gave me ideas for how to protect anyone who falls off, so it'll be perfectly safe.
And you can't fly very high till you know what you're doing. Cushioning charms can only do so much!
I don't stress bake, but today I made a double batch of banana nut muffins because I was in the mood to bake. If anyone would like some let me know and I'll drop you some off or you can come pick them up. Your choice.
ETA: There's 1 bag of muffins left. Thanks to everyone who claimed the others!
I almost forgot to thank May and everyone else for the awesome Thanksgiving Dinner. I'd say it was just like my mom used to make, but it was honestly better.
I know it's tough for a lot of us, but you really made it feel like home for the day.
