It's a good thing that I heal quickly. I tried making Christmas cookies and I somehow managed to burn my arm getting the tray out of the oven.

Halloween just doesn't have the same appeal to me anymore. I've seen way too much scary stuff in my life to find fake scares amusing. So, I am still deciding whether I should even dress up for Halloween this years.

So, what's everyone doing for Halloween?

I want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes and attending the party. And a special thank you to Lydia for once again being the queen of parties and making the day so special.

As I'm sure you're both aware, next month is your birthdays! 🥳🥳🥳 Is there anything either of you would really like to do or really want to avoid? Any gift ideas? My thoughts mostly involve a cake (one for each of you, on your birthdays) and maybe going to Disneyland one weekend to check out the Space Wars stuff and maybe do their Halloween stuff. And that also includes a movie marathon weekend or two if any of us haven't seen any of the movies (and could include inviting others over to watch, too, if you want).

The other thought was getting gift cards to House of Air because it looks fun.

Nothing's set in stone! I just wanted to let you know where my thoughts were and ask if you two had thoughts or ideas or anything you really wanted for your birthdays. ❤️

Alex, how do you feel about someone keeping you company while you play the drums at 2am? Do you play the drums at 2am? If not, have you considered the possibility that it might be an excellent idea? You'll have to let me know if any of that stuff on your list actually works, Ben.

Don't suppose anyone else noticed the river of chocolate that wasn't there before, did they?

Not that I'm complaining. Because chocolate. But if it's a river of chocolate only I'm seeing, that changes my perspective a little.
