Commencement is Thursday, May 21. I am allowed seven guests. Obviously my dad, Hope, Kamala, and Eddie get first dibs, but I have three more spots if you want to watch me graduate! Don't worry, I WILL plan a fabulous June party for everyone.

I have started making a list of all the things I would like to try while I can. The internet says it is a bucket list. Dustin and I talked about a cruise but there is a lot of places in the world to see.

Where is one place everyone would go if they could and what is everyone's favorite food to eat?

Well, I was thinking about looking for a part time job, but I guess I'm going to have to wait until we're not turning into King Triton's subjects. Is this a good time to mention that I am only a so-so swimmer?

So.... I know that we're currently in the middle of water-turns-us-to-mythical-fish, but I was hoping to talk to you about that trip on a boat you were interested in. For all of us, of course, but it was your idea and after everything... I wanted to make sure you were still interested.

Thanks to everyone who joined us on the paleontology dig over the last two weeks. Hopefully you had fun whether you came for a few days or a week. If you missed out, or if you loved it, I'll probably be doing another trip this summer, maybe to a different site.

I do tip my hat to all the high school teachers out there. You all do amazing work.

ANYWAY. It is Pi Day and, as is tradition, I may or may not (I did) splurged and bought like a thousand (36) pizzas to pass around and share with everyone. I no longer know who lives where or which apartments are us people and which ones are other people so please come by the Banner-Parker-Green apartment and grab some pizza.

And cookies. There has been baking afoot. Despite the ten thousand oreos, baking.

It's Pi day. I spent it tinkering in the lab, but now I'm bringing pizza and French silk pie home to my family to enjoy. If you haven't celebrated yet, take this as your cue to grab a pie and solve for x.

Months in Hawkins, but two days here. Forgot everything I learned when I went back, but now I remember again. Yeah, everyone's right: This whole thing is nuts. Definitely have a lot more context for dimensions and wormholes now.

I'm not really sure what to say. It's been more than a year and Mike and Steve were right. Things were nuts. But it's done.

So we won't be getting the eclipse until the middle of the night here but that hasn't stopped me before. If anyone wants to join us down at the high school, I've got all of the telescopes set up to view tonight's Blood Moon. Bring blankets and get comfy. I'm fairly sure I can talk the most beautiful woman I know into helping me make some snacks for everyone.

I never had time back home to explore things like museums or other interests outside of STAR Labs. It's...I don't know. Both kind of exciting and a little bit feels like I'm not allowed to? Idk. I feel a little guilty doing so sometimes? Brains are weird.

Also sorry for the number of times I've accidentally smacked you or ran into you with them. They're neat and all, but I'm already kind of tired of this take on Will the Wise.

So, I'm not sure if folks have their spring breaks planned out already or not, but the museum has given me a grant to go on a dig and have said I'm allowed to take students with me. I'll be there for close to two weeks - around March 23 to April 3.

UC Berkeley & Stanford have spring break the first week and the high school is off the second week. Folks are welcome to stay as long as they want during that time. I'll also need chaperones, so adults, if you want to come, we can make it happen.

As for sites, currently debating between Montana, Wyoming, and the Dakotas. Should have that finalized in a week or two.

Since post graduate study doesn't exactly pay well I figured I should probably get a job to get me through the next two years.

The good news is there's a 40% staff discount and I don't own enough books (shh, Lydia).

Uh... so I'm really glad that the weather's back to normal. Really glad. But... has anyone seen Steve today? I tried to drag him outside and he's not in the apartment. He's not answering his phone either. His stuff is still here, car included.

What is going on? How much should I be concerned about this? Because Steve wouldn't leave without saying something... usually.
