Holidays are coming up but don't really feel that celebratory...But at the very least this place saw fit to gift me my laptop from my lab. Good to have my notes and my media files and well...everything. My life was in there. I did miss my playlists.

I might have a problem for our tech/biomed folks around here. Seems during our search and destroy mission earlier this week, one of their EMPs messed with my prosthetic arm and it's mostly just a limb shaped paperweight at the moment. I've tried doing a hard reset but it looks like they fried it pretty well. Although I make a dashing Captain Hook, any help in getting it working again or making a new one if we have to go there would be appreciated.

Since we've had a few new arrivals, I figured it'd be worth it for me to tell folks what I do here. I run a a bit of a consulting firm, that draws on the talents of many of our residents. Consider it an unofficial loose network of superheroes, do-gooders, and vigilantes.

We keep tabs on local chatter from law enforcement and the like and help out where possible, doing what we can to help get clean up the city and make it safer.

If you have skills that you think could be useful or want to help out, feel free to let me know.

Fun fact about me? I actually really like old cars and most cars in general. But I've never driven before. There are Model T cars around town, and they'll drive you places. Took one to go get sushi for breakfast.

Status update on the ridiculously expensive software is it's being linked to your other systems so they will all talk to each other properly and be able to relay information as needed. But it's gonna take a while to complete.

Maybe one of these days I won't be as excited about another rotation around the sun (or mundane things like school), but when you've outlived your original expiration date by two years these things are still kind of a big deal.
