Regardless, 'tis the hand I've been dealt now, isn't it.

I'm familiar enough with this infernal device to know how it works, but I've never been able to use it for myself before now. Apologies for my slowness to respond, if at all. This tiny typewriter is hardly usable.

A few things of note about me, since I was encouraged by Ms Smith to share:

My name is Edwin Paine. I was born in 1900. I died in 1916. I've been a ghost since then, and still am one. So, while I appreciate having my own space, it hardly means much without the trappings of my real home. Since 1989, I have been one half of the Dead Boy Detectives agency.

Pray tell, does this odd place have many mysteries? If so, of what variety? I'd rather not be consigned to the Hell of monotony.
