Yeah, well, rent is too high because landlords are assholes who extort people who just need a place to sleep that isn't the streets. Pretty sure there's nowhere we could've landed in this country that'd be better in any way.

But yeah, it's not Mojoworld, so I can live with it.

You know what didn't have rent? Krakoa. Maybe it's an evolution thing and humans just aren't there yet. (that is a joke-- humans will never get there)

I'm good, better than I was. Which was basically dead, so hey big improvement. Mutants don't really exist naturally here, but the Avengers do? Sure, bummer, but they also seem less like super cops than they do back home. Other than that, things seem pretty familiar. On the surface, at least.
