Tell me, what jobs do you do? I still need to find one for myself and given you are the only two from home, it makes sense to ask you.

So, in the spirit of showing good faith and all, I wanted to tell you a little about me. Yes, I am a vampire, but I'm what we call in my world an Original. We don't need to dive into the family history, it just ultimately means I'm stronger and faster compared to other vampires. It also means I can compel other vampires, which brings me to my point of this post.

Vampires in my world can compel individuals, think of it like mind control, and we can make you do anything. We can also make you forget whatever we want you to forget. I'm saying this because in case any vampires from my world show up, they might try it. Not all of them are as friendly as I am. There is a way to protect yourself from compulsion, it's called vervain. It's a herb, if it's in your system then you can't be compelled. I believe it should be available here, though I have no idea how effective it is since this is another world.
