So, it's been summer and I seriously have run out of things to do. I don't know how anyone watches TV for more than a couple of hours at a time.

Thinking about going up the coast for a day. Maybe Santa Cruz? Anyone interested?

I never got it either. I'd rather be outside.

I have been thinking of borrowing one of the bikes at the shop and taking it for a test run. That might be a good direction to go.

We got a 83 sportster that I've just finished putting back together. I wanna give it a test run before letting the boss sell it. Gotta make sure all the kinks are worked out

I learned to ride a Harley back in the war, but I've ridden everything from a Sportster to a Kawasaki.

I could make a dirty joke about you've run out of things to do but it's too easy.

Personally I thought we could go somewhere just the two of us. Like maybe take a trip to Napa. Drink wine, see the scenery, whatever strikes our fancy.

If you're bored, most of the places I do volunteer work for usually have openings during the summer. That said, I get it if you just want to relax.

There's a shelter that arranges play dates for vets. I like doing Meals on Wheels, too. You get a chance to talk to people around our age. lol I'll send you a list of possibilities and put in a good word for you.
