I don't think we've had the pleasure of meeting face to face but my name is Dr. Weetzie Bat, I'm an intern here at the hospital. I'm sorry that the first time we have to talk that it has to be business, but I noticed a really disturbing incident earlier this evening on the bulletin board and wanted to discuss it with you.
While she is FAR from the only person involved, I notice that one of your new patients, Faith, seems to be making quite a stir. She has threatened bodily harm and even death in some cases on the notice board to other patients, and I received an anonymous note at my office today informing me that ANOTHER patient may be harmed in an attempt to get at an intended target.
I was told by an orderly that she is currently in solitary, which is definitely something I agree with... but I wonder if you might consider banning her privileges to the bulletin board until she can communicate in a healthy manner? She may also be sending threatening private notes, I'm not sure. All I know is that the safety of the patients here, including the ones who aren't my own, is my utmost concern and I don't want anyone to get hurt. Faith openly admitted on the board to committing violence against another patient, Sam Winchester, and has threatened several others publicly.
I am aware that she's a new patient and thus you haven't really had a chance to dig into her treatment yet, but maybe consider the bulletin board restrictions? In the future, I will be taking care to check the board for anything threatening and will take it down as soon as I see it, no matter WHO wrote it. I just don't want conflict among the patients to escalate to the point of violence again; it is completely unacceptable for her to threaten any patient's life, or wellbeing.
Please contact me if there's anything I can do to help, or if you wish to discuss this matter.
-Dr. Bat
(And very, very nervously, anxious about contacting a more experienced doctor in such a manner... Weetzie pressed 'Send Message'.)
