Re: Theo/Pansy
"Only made sense," he said with a faint shrug. "They're your two's closest family and I didn't think you'd want to spend Christmas away from them." He knew for a fact how close Pansy was with Nicholas, and though he didn't hardly know Mandy, he suspected it was much the same for her and her aunt.
He smiled at the news, though. "I'm glad. Amy hasn't complained so I doubt she minds. I think she likes that someone might look up to her in some way." Though Theo thought she'd probably be surprised to find out that Thomas looked at her in a completely different way. He was a man--he recognized the look.
"He's cried for you once or twice. I'm pretty sure that's love in his young mind." And the way he always wanted her to pick him up and cuddle with her.
He sighed with something akin to relief. "I hope so," he said. Regardless of some neglect on his part, he actually did love his father and he hoped that one day both their fathers could be free and learn about their children. "I wish I could have asked him to court you," he said quietly. It was an expression of the proper way of doing thigns that he thought Pansy might appreciate. "Though, I'm sure he wouldn't approve of you staying the night like you have before." He smirked faintly, hand lingering low on her hip.
Treading that line of theirs had been very satisfying in some ways and tantalizing in others. He was just continuing that trend for the moment--especially considering dinner was in a short time.
"I'm pretty certain, yes," he told her. "You're beautiful, intelligent, and sophisticated." Not to mention pureblooded. "And you have the ability to put up with my many flaws." He smiled winningly at her.
