Pansy had never been known for her patience, but there was something about Theo that made her want to be patient, that promised of pleasurable rewards for being patient. She had a feeling that when the time did come for patience to be pushed aside, she would find it to have been worth it. Now, though, she was mentally cursing Theo's patience.
"Mmm, not a chance," Pansy disagreed with his apology, her lips curving up in a small, satisfied grin. Though he said the words, he certainly didn't look sorry, for which she was thankful. It implied that there would be more of the same later.
Pansy turned her hand that he was still holding against his chest so that her palm pressed against where his heart was. "Of course I do," she said simply. Now wasn't the time for questions or doubts. One day, if he asked, she might explain why Peter's existence didn't bother her, but until that day, she would simply make it clear to him that it didn't bother her.
She let the moment pass before grinning up at him. "So, did you come over just because you missed me, or did something happen? I never did ask," she explained.
