Pansy kept her hand lightly in his even after he kissed it politely. It was a small gesture, but one she hoped he'd appreciate. She was fond of and very interested in him and where things were going with him.
"Ah," Pansy said softly when Theo explained that something had come up. She wondered if it was the Weasley death and subsequent article implying Verity's involvement, but knew it would be rude to ask.
"Well, Nicholas has been celebrating his birthday with some friends today, so it's been quite crazy around here," she told him with a grin. We've about wrapped up, though, and now I believe they're just tossing a Quaffle around." It wasn't, however, the Quaffle that Kalev had sent him, Pansy had made sure of it.
