Lisa watched him run his hand through his hair. Merlin, he was adorable. She couldn't think that way though. Not now, not ever around him. Talking about her crush on Terry to Mandy was one thing. Thinking about him that way when they were near one another was completely different.
Neither of them seemed to know why they were fighting, yet they still were. How that worked out, Lisa wasn't really sure. Still, she kept her arms crossed and continued pacing until he walked over to her. She stopped and looked up at him and before she knew it, his face was inches away from hers.
"They have to?" she asked, weakly. She hated that she felt this way around him. "Why do they-" before she could finished, he was kissing her. Kissing her! Lisa had wanted this to happen so many times, but she knew it never would. Now it left her completely and totally confused. Lisa didn't trust guys. Lisa had had bad experiences that even Terry didn't know about. It kept her from getting serious with any guy. But Terry... she could trust him, right?
She forced herself to stop thinking. This was possibly the only chance she'd ever get to kiss Terry, she had to enjoy it. She slipped her arms around his neck and kissed him back, knowing it would probably let her feelings spill, but she could always deny it later. Tell him the moment overtook her, like it had probably done him.
