"Well, you never know with wizarding books," Kat said dryly and laughed quietly. "I mean, some books bite ... putting a painting in a book is absolutely tame in comparison."
She nodded when Mandy said she could owl -- it wasn't like she'd need something like that anytime soon, though.
Kat lifted a shoulder. "I don't actually do much. It's really rather sad." Her grin said she didn't mind. "I read a fair bit, write and all that. Watch my fish swim in circles. I also go for runs, sometimes in a park, sometimes on the beach," sometimes randomly through London, "and I like to swim. But that's about it -- rather bland and boring."
She hadn't even sought out a dancing partner lately, sadly enough. She loved to ballroom dance in all types of things, but it had been a long time.
"What about you? What do you do when you're not painting?"
