WHO: Francis of Assisi and Mary Magdalene WHAT: Hangin' (not literal hanging.) WHEN: Wednesday afternoon WHERE: Francis' place (at St. Francis of Assisi church) and then maybe a park WARNINGS: LOLno
Francis had spent the morning in the monastery greenhouse, lovingly tending to the plants he grew there even through the winter. When he had finished, he returned to the rooms the monastery let him stay in, located in the now closed church school. He took a shower and then let the horned owl he was caring for out. The owl sat on his shoulder as he flipped through a few books he kept for the few hours in the week he wasn't volunteering his time somewhere.
He glanced up where there was a knock at his door, and the owl started flapping his wings in fright. "It's alright, brother owl," Francis soothed him, and he gently placed the animal away where he was safe. Then he moved to open the door.
