That was it? No more questions? Narcissa was surprised that the boy didn't grill her more. She at least expected to be asked how she got here and who she was. Not that she didn't appreciate the lack of questions. She accepted the food gratefully, even if it wasn't the most ideal of meals. It was better than she had eaten in a while.
"Thank you," Narcissa murmured before starting to eat. She forced herself to eat slowly, not wanting to make herself sick in front of the nice man that saved her. "I apologize for... taking over your house. I thought it was empty and no one lived here."
