THE JUDGES: Moira MacTeer, Rhett Wyatt, Sofia Rojas, Anabel and Gregory Marple, Euphemia Hayes, Basma Saleh, Dash Exely, Eddie and Helena Wolfe, Megan Marple, and Joy Llewellyn.
THE SETUP: Since this is a much bigger event than Shakespeare Night, the tables have all been taken out and replaced with rows of chairs for the audience. There are TWO TABLES for the judges up near the front of the little stage, one on the right and one one the left. But judges are not required to sit at them if they'd rather sit in the general audience. No tickets were required for this event. Seating started at 6:30.

THE PRIZES: First Place: $500 of cold hard cash. Second Place: Blendtec Blender ($800 value). Third Place: $100.
HOW JUDGING WORKS: Judges are expected to watch each performance carefully and fill out a comment card where they will give the performance up to 10 points (up to 15 for Rhett and Moira) (no points less than 1). Whoever gets the most accumulative points from the judges wins. Judges can make performance notes or commentary, or just put the number on the card. There is a microphone at each table and judges may make live comments after a performance if they feel inspired to do so, but it is not required.
CAN MY CHARACTER PERFORM IF THEY MISSED THE SIGN-UP SHEET?: Yes! We will assume they signed up at some point. Anyone could have signed up until Thursday, and even then, Lola isn't Euphemia, so if you came to her on Friday she'd probably still let you in.
CAN MY CHARACTER PERFORM IF THEY ARE RELATED TO A JUDGE?: Yes! That's a part of why there are multiple judges. It will average your biased aunts out.
CAN MY CHARACTER PERFORM IF THEY ARE A MAYFAIR?: Eh. Lola guesses so.
CAN MY CHARACTER PERFORM IN MORE THAN ONE ACT?: One solo act. As many group acts as you want!
CAN MY CHARACTER SEE THE OTHER ACTS IF THEY ARE IN THE TALENT SHOW?: They might miss a couple of them maybe, but performers are welcome to return to the audience after they perform, and can watch from the sidelines while they're waiting for their turn.
NEED ACCOMPANIMENT?: If you signed up in time, you could have enlisted Ardente's small orchestra to help you out.
