Left at the front door of the Wolfe residence is a small, worn, well-loved ukulele case. Inside is an older, but well-maintained ukulele.
There's an identification card in the lid that reads: Property of Noah Scott.
In the package next to the case, there are assorted items for the maintenance of all of his instruments. New strings, picks, etc.
The accompanying birthday card reads:
Blaze,
Happy Birthday, Blaze! You're officially an adult. I think you might have to wait a few years to rent a car in some states, but for all intents and purposes, you're legal now. I'm sure you've gotten a range of different things, so I apologize if my gift is well off the radar. Something has been telling me to give this to you for a while, but the timing just never seemed right. He would have loved you and I know you'll use it well.
