Relief washed through her as he told her for certain it wasn't one-sided. Everything he was saying was making her head and heart work overtime to keep up, but it was so worth it. Merlin, she hoped he wasn't just saying all of it to make her happy. Sadie's breath caught in her throat as his thumb rubbed over her lip and before she knew it, he was kissing her. Kissing him back just as heatedly and longingly, she sighed when he pulled her closer.
