Re: Dance Floor
"Well, I see you only like me for my body," Ash joked, "You wouldn't be the first." And there was definitely truth in that. Ash didn't really mind though because when a girl was interested in his body, she wanted to touch it, and he enjoyed the touch of exploring female fingers.
If he was a good dancer? Ash smirked. He danced well enough and had a natural rhythm. He wasn't performing pirouettes or backflips but he often spent nights out partying and dancing. Ash was social and not all talking had to be done on the sidelines or using voices. He allowed Lyra to guide him to the dance floor and as they slipped into the movements, she asked him if he remembered the clubbing.
"Of course, I do," he said, "you're not an easy person to forget." Man, he was all over the place with the double entendres tonight. So much of what he said held greater meaning but he always said it was a bit of mischievousness and teasing that it made it all sound lighthearted. Lyra wasn't easy to forget though and sometimes his mind wandered there when in the company of another girl. It wasn't really a problem yet, but it threatened to be one. And yet he was here dancing with her.
