He shrugged a little at the question. "It's...like using all different sorts of things to get a read on people or situations. I know it's not entirely reliable, but sometimes it's just enough to help put together the puzzle. Maybe it's the simplified way of looking at people and things, but it's just...how I see things, I guess."
There was a nod. "I don't know if I am likely to switch professions..." A pause. "Then again, I guess you can only be a curse breaker for so long before you have to settle for something a little...less that." Or he might get injured. The likelihood that he could do something wrong and end up in the hospital was fairly high. That was why he had to be on at all times, which was something he could handle. He was certain that the more reckless types on the job would need him around to keep them from getting themselves killed at any rate. "You're welcome." There was another, longer pause as he contemplated the answer to her question. "It is a little strange, if I'm honest. I think the most disconcerting part is what to call everyone. I'm so used to them being Professors that the idea of calling them their real name seems daunting. If most of them want to be addressed as such. Professor Stark prefers Professor Stark still around the students, so I'm mostly used to addressing him as such. Does it ever get weird for you guys?"
