Ash arrived in Indonesia eariler that week with his family. There were plenty of Muggle resorts but a few catered to the wizarding world and they were very familiar with the Redfern name. They didn't have to make reservations so much as show up and the workers practically fell over each other trying to get everything in order. Ash was pretty sure his father enjoyed seeing how quickly they were helped. As if it were a competition to see who they were most desperate to stay on good terms with by how quickly they were helped.
Most of the time Ash was just up late and going to clubs. It was easy to sneak in with a big of magic that he could now use considering it was his last year at Hogwarts. He wanted to enjoy what he had before his dad decided he needed to make his public image more respectable. Thankfully, Ash still had a few years until he could no longer use the excuse of being young. Today? Today he was on the beach and already a nice bronzed color, his hair notably a couple of shades lighter as well. He was jogging in the direction of his father when he heard someone shouting at him. Someone who had a voice that sounded awfully familiar.
Ash stopped running and turned, a smile curled onto his lips starting at the left edge and more smirking than smiling. "Well, well, well, what do we have here?" he said as he took the few steps back to where Lyra was positioned on the beach. Ash's iridescent eyes looked over her bikini-clad form and said, "Lyra. Nice to see you, as always. How long have you been here?"
