"I'm going to take the fact you're giving me full sentences, and even tidbits of extra information, you at least find me somewhat mildly interesting to talk to, I'm totally going to take that and run with it that I'm a cool teacher," Peter nodded then smirked, "And she is very studious in her coursework, so you're probably right. Well, of course you are..."
He did smile at the professional nature of their conversation; Bailey did a good job with that, she was so smart, and so prepared. He also kind of hated it for her; granted, maybe she liked it that way, or maybe she preferred feeling more cultured, but he also sometimes felt the girl wasn't allowing herself to be, well, her complete self. Then again, he didn't know her well enough, so he wouldn't judge.
Part of it was admirable too, how high she thought of herself and the standards she set for herself, "I'm not that busy. I'm actually just waiting right now, it's the most boring part of potion creating really. And while not obligated, if you're looking for entertainment I'd be happy to do so. Though if that's your way of saying you want to get out of talking to a boring old professor, you're more than welcome to go as well. Entirely up to you. And no no, I'm only mature in age, probably not in mentality."
